I am forwarding this on to you to see if I can persuade you to take a minute out of your day to vote for my wife Rosalie to be one of the "chosen few". Hey everyone!
One of our local TV stations here in AZ held a casting call for new on-air talent. It was held American Idol style with more than 300 trying out. I got the call yesterday that I am one of 12 finalists! They will be choosing the "WB6 Pack" (as the final group will be called), via online voting. This would be a great opportunity for me, and then you can all say you knew me when! Just kidding!!! ;o) You may need to register on the site to vote, but it is free, quick, and doesn't ask for your mailing address or phone number. Thank you all for taking the time to do this. I appreciate all of your help! I will keep you updated with the results. They will announce them next week, the 24th, 25th, and 26th, on WB6 during Friends. So, stay tuned!

Thanks bro. The job is "entertainment journalism". Anytime there's a hot event in town and anytime the WB network is out there promoting something, Rosalie would be one of the on-screen talent who does the interviews and introduces the stars, etc. Think of an MTV veejay kinda gig.

As far as pitching your story, I doubt she would have the decision-making authority to get it aired, but she might be able to fly it up the flagpole and get some visability for it.
