Eh, its not really an accomplishment when you guys have the highest payroll in the history of mankind.. In fact it should be expected.. But when you have a team like the DBacks, now thats something to be proud of..

I love the D-Backs... I think what they accomplished this year - which still in unfolding, is amazing. And I LOVE they way they play. Great pitching, solid defense and aggressive base-running. Wish they would score more runs, but other than that, they are fun to watch and a great story!

DBacks have only been around 10 years.. That would be unprecedented to win the the championship the first 10 years.. Even then we'd be 15 short..

F- the Cubs. I'm tired of their fans, who despite their century of despair act like they're God's chosen baseball team. Get of Chicago man, it's messing with your head.

And you're underrating the 1991 World Series. While not comparable to 2001 due to 9/11, the games in themselves were unmatched,

Agreed on all points, Cubs fans are annoying as hell. The Cubs are like the Cardinals (AZ) but inexplicably have a ridiculous following. In addition, they are consistently among the highest payrolls in the league. Nothing would make me happier than beating them in the first round.
