That's too high. Why? These kinds of dizzying heights are traditionally followed by dismal collapses for both the team and the fans.

Scary stuff. Remember, the "day of the dead" celebration is this month. That's a big deal in this part of the world.

Why would they celebrate that movie? "Dawn of the Dead" and "Night of the Living Dead" were much better.:D

Based on record and how we are playing it seems about right as compared to the teams around us skkorp.

I don't think it's too out of line when you consider the Pittsburgh win.

But, Skkorp also knows what he's talking about. If we flub the Panthers game, we could be 3-5 (with 2 tough games on the road) before you know it. And, a lot of air would be out of the balloon.

Yep sure could. But as of right nw it seems right. Power ranking will adjust accordingly as the year goes.

Agreed. I think we are still the only team with two wins against teams with winning records.

We are currently first in our division. Ranked high in offense and defense.

It looks just about right...especially given that we went through the toughest part of our schedule at 3-2.

With our talent level barring injuries to Kurt I would currently put us just behind the Packers. I feel we are better than the Titans and the Jags.

Aaargh! Even if you believe that, don't dare write that here or say it out loud where people can hear you. Sheesh. Haven't 19 years of flop taught you anything?

Right now do this: find a cockroach. Offer it up as a sacrificial appeasement to the football Gods. Then kill it and eat it.

We'll know by Sunday night if you did this.

The Cardinals are for real up until this point. Let's hope they can keep improving, and prove this isn't a fluke.

With the ball bouncing their way (coulda, woulda, shoulda), 5-0 or 4-1 isn't too far-fetched. The media won't pick up on it, because they're too busy sucking on Indy and NE.

I hope AZ fly's under the radar all season long, sneaks into the playoffs... and thumps on a favorite or two.

Totally impressed with Whisenhunt and friends. The guy is calm, cool, and collected. It's obvious the guy has traits of a leader. This franchise desperately needs something to erase the black marks of the past (and totally make us forget about the years of ineptitude). Whisenhunt may be that "something". Let's hope so.

ESPN has us at 13!

Gulp!

That's probably the highest I have seen ESPN rank us ever...
