The offseason is heading into it's final chapter as the NFL Draft is less than 30 days away. Once the NFL Draft comes and goes, the team is going to be set in what it is as they hope to return to the playoffs in 2025 and play in more than one game. With most of the offseason now complete, we have folks looking over the decisions that have been made.

Tyler Brooke of The 33rd Team wrote up his offseason grades for teams as we near the NFL Draft. For the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he gave them a strong B+ grade for the work done by Jason Licht and his staff.

"The Tampa Bay Buccaneers being able to keep Chris Godwin for a hometown discount is a massive win for the franchise. Godwin admitted that he was offered more money to play elsewhere but stays in an offense with Baker Mayfield, Mike Evans, and an emerging WR3 in Jalen McMillan. That alone is a job well done by Tampa Bay's front office. There aren't many other big moves from the Buccaneers in free agency, but the addition of Haason Reddick is an intriguing one. It could go poorly, but if he returns to form, could quickly be Tampa Bay's top pass rusher."

The return of the notable veterans will be the biggest thing for the team as we get into November and December. Their presence will be priceless, far exceeding what the team is paying them.

It is nice to see people outside of Tampa Bay taking notice of how well this team is shaping up to be.
