This team is terrible. I mostly blame Coaching due to the talent on this team as a whole.. But everyone has let the fan base down from the top right on down. From the head scratching personnel moves to the lack of effort from players and the mind boggling coaching decisions.

We are just a bad team and it's time most of us just accept that fact.

Agreed, and it started around the time of the Green Bay game last year. We could all see it during preseason this year; the institutional denial (even up til now) that anything was wrong, has been inexplicable

The future looks as bleak as the current state of affairs. Some questionable drafting and salary allocation decisions. Now I have doubts Chandler Jones will sign with Cards.

Calling my shot. Arians retires due to "health reasons" :(

If that happens, I believe we will be saying good bye to Palmer and Fitz as well... I believe they are a package deal. One goes they all go. One stays they all stay...

You know, Arians retiring due to health issues might not be a bad thing. He's shown some alarming tendencies and denials this year. Palmer and Fitz retiring after him wouldn't be terrible either. I mean, I'd like Fitz back, but if it takes him retiring to rid us of Palmer, so be it. This is a great destination, so we could lure in a good coach, one we could trust to find us a new QB and to rebuild the offense. Right now, I really don't trust Arians to do that.

If asked before the season, I'd never have believed I'd be typing this today.

Has this franchise ever had more than three consecutive winning seasons? It always seems to be the ceiling. :(

I'm not freaking out because I have 100% more faith in Michael to fix this than Bill Sr. Every team not named the Patriots has down years and I refuse to entertain that this is your SOC's long term. Yes this year has sucked but a large part of this is because we all had such high expectations.

Exactly, why blow everything up due to the record and faults which even our fans can notice to correct. The NFL is fickle, by the same observations the Cowboys would have been trash after a crap year if one follows this advise and I do not think Arians is in any danger of getting fired and nor should he be in my opinion... but we need that franchise QB badly and Keim is the one in the spotlight now

I beat you too it just last week
Glad he was checked out & seemingly safe!

My concern is BA has to step aside in the next 2 years because of his age, stress & potential health issues just like Urban Meyer did at Florida. His stress level & disappointment of the 2016 season has be growing each week. His wife rightfully so is likely to be a big voice in his ear, considering he's achieved everything professionally except win a SB as HC.

If he chooses to do so he gave us some great memories & I would totally get the move to retire. It's very possible folks & I wouldn't be surprised if it did because life & family are priority número uno!

it's not BASK without BA. BA and SK have an incredible report, not sure that can ever be replicated with any coach that heads up the team in the future

No it's not an over reaction it's a fact. We suck.

And we will regress even further next year.

It's just sad, the whole thing. Sad

I'll be out of the country for a couple of weeks and I won't be able to watch... So there's that.

So quick to turn on Arians around here!

Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

I get why fans are so labile. Expectations were sky high to begin the season and the team was at worst a lock for the playoffs, and then this happened.

Arians is certainly to blame for many of the blunders on this team, but I still love the dude and appreciate his football acumen.
