I think the Warriors sweep the Rockets.

Warriors have a lot of Shawn Marions on their team. Awesome players with some exploitable weaknesses. Thompson, Green, Igoudala, Barnes, Lee.

Every player on the Rockets with the exception of Trevor Ariza has an "exploitable" weakness. GS has much more depth to cover up for other's weaknesses.

GS is what the Suns of last decade could've been had D'Antoni cared about going to his bench and playing defense. To think, their coach was in our front office during a portion of that time :bang:

The rockets are the wrong team to exploit those weaknesses. I think if their guys played with more discipline they could do it. Too many dumb plays though.

Dwight's injury will be huge. That was the only advantage that Houston really had in this series, front court.

First game too close for comfort, harden was unreal in the 4th.

On the bright side, Warriors missed a ton of easy shots and Curry and Thompson combined for 5 FTA's and 2 of those were an intentional foul with about 20 seconds left.

Did anyone else wish the referee's would call all games like they did this one? For one thing they didn't automatically blow the whistle when someone breathed on Harden during a shot. Granted it was a well played game but still there were very few ticky tack calls.

For the most part I agree but they allowed a ton of contact, the one concern I have as a Warrior fan is the abuse Curry takes. Teams intentionally target him trying to get shots on him both on offense and defense. They set all sorts of hard moving screens and take extra shots, last night the refs pretty much allowed all of that all game. Even the play where Green flopped, knocked Ariza down, got kicked in the face and then held Ariza down, they never called a foul.

Harden got away with one classic one last night even the announcers said what exactly are you supposed to do when he backs down throws a shoulder and elbow into you, are you supposed to step aside? the defender got called for contact on the shoulder, which was his chest that Harden's shoulder collided with when lowering it.

Harden was spectacular in the 4th q though, nothing Thompson could do

I wouldn't really call it a well officiated game...

How do the rockets win games? How did they even get here? This is awful. Awful defense, sluggish offense...

These are the questions my brain asks every time I watch them play. Maybe I am just bad luck for them lol because every game of theirs I have watched they have looked hapless and they have lost.

Man the choking the clippers must have done...

Off topic am I the only person who thinks Lily the AT&T woman is extremely hot?

It's amazing how falling that far behind can change a game. Houston started playing very physical, Howard was holding and pushing Green all over the place but they were way behind so the refs don't call anything. Then Houston gets rolling, the Warriors are too busy yelling at the refs, and Harden went nuts.

Amazing half

Spot on.

That was one of the most bizarre endings of a basketball game I have ever seen. Harden kinda looked like a deer in headlights. I cant believe they didn't call a timeout. Especially when he saw the trap. Kicked it out to Howard and then looked like; oh no, that's Dwight, give it back!!! Then it was over. Crazy. What a great series tho. Very interested to see what happens in Houston.

Harden had wide open Terrence Jones if he didn't feel like taking the shot himself due to the double team....

Talk about missed opportunity. I felt bad for him after the game though. You could tell he put in everything he had into this game and him laying on the ground for like 10 seconds after the buzzer when he realized he screwed up the last play just summed it up.

That last sequence is amazing. Warriors have the ball and Howard is holding Green with 2 hands no call. Green then literally throws Corey Brewer to the ground giving Barnes the opening to the rim(Brewer fell past him from the contact with Green). Barnes misses and falls down, Green is flying out of bounds under the rim because Harden and Jones both shoved him.

Then after Harden gets the ball back from Howard he without dribbling does a "shift" so the front foot is now the back foot and the back foot is the front, then steps again, 3 steps without a dribble. Then he starts dribbling, Curry reaches in and probably fouls him. Definition of refs letting them play neither team can really complain because the refs let essentially anything go.

What a game, Harden is brilliant, Curry is brilliant, Howard playing hurt, Bogut playing sick.
