The Knicks web site has a photo with this caption:

Antonio McDyess notched 14 points and 11 boards vs. the Nets.

His stats are:

Player G GS MPG FG% 3P% FT% OFF DEF TOT APG SPG BPG TO PF PPG

Antonio McDyess 18 6 23.4 .458 .000 .579 1.70 4.90 6.60 1.1 .67 .61 1.50 2.60 8.4

His doctors insist that the pain he has been feeling is normal and will go away in time.

A few years ago Dice was a major stud. He had the quickness of Amare and a real back to the basket low post game.

The Knicks knew perfectly well that they could not re-sign him. However, if he recovers from his injury, he might be worth a couple million a year.

Well personally I am looking forward to see Dice and Amare on the floor.

I will welcome back McDyess.

I hope nobody is booing him because it will do us nothing good at all.
Only thing it will do is that he doesn't feel good playing here and won't resign cheap.

He admitted several times that he made a mistake. I think he might feel like he owes this franchise something and will resign cheap as long as he feels good playing in Phoenix.

He wont be back after this year, but him & Amare on the court together for the rest of this season could be real fun to watch.

I'm not so sure. His past injury will hold the price down and he may decide he can't play starter minutes (he is doing about 23 now). By moving Amare to the #5 slot at times, it would give Amare 38 to 40 and Dice 22-25 minutes.

If Dice health gets close to where he was, this could be a very dynamic duo.

Until I see Dice play, I am reluctant to dub it anything.

Seriously, the Suns problems at center are endemic. White is great at fighting power guys, but lacks offensive skills and is too slow for many opponents. Voskuhl has no hop, is not strong enough to play the post, and has no back to the basket game.

A front line of Amare, Marion, and and a heathy Dice would be extremely athletic, very quick, able to score, run the court, rebound, and block shots. They could do worse.

Thats pretty funny.

I gotta say, since I left Phoenix I have paid about zero attention to the Suns, don't even know their record.

At least today, I actually am interested in reading the posts on this board. So the trade worked somewhat to peek my interest at least.

Interesting....

McDyess is only the 8th player in the history of the franchise to leave the club and then come back and play for them again after spending time with another team.

The other seven were:
Cedric Ceballos
Dan Majerle
Oliver Miller
Ed Nealy
Elliot Perry
Mark West
Paul Westphal

McDouche is back...

Please excuse me...

Like slinslin said maybe we shouldn't boo him...BS...for now

He is one of the main reasons we signed googs and penny.

Of course he isn't at fault from that, but being that he spurned us so bad for being such a good team, with great climate, with more bucks, and after we gave 2 first rounds 2 second rounder and some players I think too which cause the snowball to start tumbling, I want just a tad bit of redemption before acceptance.

Screw him.

At least at first. I still am po'ed about what he did...Now can I forgive him maybe.

But for right now, let us McDouche haters get our payback....its been years coming.

Then maybe I'll come around. Besides it isn't like we're going anywhere this year.

So if McDouche bashing is what is needed for your soul we should.

Booing is to McDouche as Saddam is to death penalty...

Both actions fit the crime

Go SUNS!, and maybe...maybe McDouche...but not yet
