The Wrestler (wide release)
Shutter Island (Scorcese, Leo, etc)
G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra
Sherlock Holmes (RDJ in a Guy Richie film)
Public Enemies ("Creator of Miami Vice Michael Mann guides the apparently tireless Christian Bale (who appears to be in every movie of any note these days) and Johnny Depp in a period gangster romp about the FBI’s search for John Dillinger, Baby Face Nelson and Pretty Boy Floyd that is perfectly timed to chime with the new Great Depression.")

2010
The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt

The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt

G.I. Joe is going to SUCK majorly.

Interested in all the others--Sherlock Holmes is interesting, it's essentially Guy Ritchie's last chance IMO. All his movies since Snatch have been horrible. Might be he's going to way of M. Night.

Great points. I am pretty shocked Ritchie is going the way of shamala.

Boo, Madonna, for stealing his mojo.

GI Joe will suck. I know it. And knowing is half the battle.

Shutter Island was an interesting book with a unique twist. Is this a movie based off of it?

In a van...down by the river.
Star Trek for sure.
I wanted to revisit all the movies again too so i went out & bought 2 box sets,
1-6 and 7-9. I wanted these DVD's anyway.
I had many of the earlier movies on VHS but i don't know where my VCR is.

Am I the only guy here facing Star Trek burnout? Even with Abrams on board, my heart can generate any enthusiasm for this one. I just wanted it to go away for awhile.

Had it run out Shatner or the cast of the Next Generation I wouldn't see it. This is different, I like origin stories.

The script isnt done, no stars are officially attached and there is no release date.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0477054/

Why must you infuse reality? I bet Vince Vaughn and Will Ferrell could churn out this movie in 8 days and it would still better than "Semi-Pro".

Else, I will glide this to my "What are your "can't wait to see" movies of 2010"

O mighty football gods...please forgive cheesebeef!!!

:stick:

KOC already beat the crap out of God and learned him a lesson after watching last season's ridiculous string of close losses together. I mean, Arthur, have you not been watching the playoffs? It's abundantly clear to me that King is just sitting there with one eye on the game and the other on God with a look of "I'm gonna open up another can of whoop-ass on your ass if you don't bring the Cardinals to the Super Bowl". Keep that SOB in line King! He might be God, BUT YOU'RE THE KING!
