Pregame they were talking about more runs and more deep balls, sounds like atlanta played off and we took the underneath.

I think King starts next week, hopefully LJ Shelton, what else?

Green has to be furious he had this game there for the taking but the fumbles killed us. Don't forget they kept giving us the ball back, but we shoudl have won this game.

One of the changes I would like to see is someone else running the ball besides Smith. I don't care if its Hambrick, Scoby or Cormier but there has to be a different look thru out a game.

I thought Fitz was going to step into the "Quan" role I have not seen that happen.

At this point I would not mind seeing LD move to the rg position with LJ at lt so we can get some sort of run game going.

I think McCown needs to get back in there.

I think Denny made the right move bringing in King. You have to make that move after your starting QB coughed it up 3 times! You have 10 other guys out there busting there butts. Even on the last one he coughed up, you have to get rid of the ball. Good QB's somehow feel that pressure coming. Maybe Denny is sending a message to McCown and maybe he'll learn from it? But right now, you give Shawn King the start.

And get Spiked the heck out of there. Horrible play. Bring in Shelton now. Also Jones couldn't block his grandma. I don't know what options we have at TE. But he killed us as well. On a side note: Does Jones even have the ability to break a tackle?

I agree with the King move. I would like to see him next week he looked comfortable out there and if we don't fumble the ball inside the ten he is the big hero. Josh has all the things going, big, strong, great arm, a world of desire, and no touchdown passes in three games with 4 or 5 fumbles. The right side of o-line is the worst part of our team right now.

I couldn't see anything of the game today, but I've been saying this for a while, McCown has to develop some kind of awareness of the game. Antecipate some of the pressure.

By the way who started on OL today?

Yea, Williams was having a much bigger game than Fitz today, up until THE Fumble.

Fitz has to step up a little. But he's operating w/o the benefit of an experienced QB the way Q had.

We have to get someone in there to run the ball. Smith is slow and cannot create anything between the tackles. Scobey and Croom deserve a shot. Could they do worse?

Croom or Scoobey would be nice. Throw a deep ball. I don't care if it gets picked off. And it can't be one of "make Larry jump for it" balls.

Ugggg..........

What a pathetic effort he had on the first drive. No other TE in the league gets stopped short of a 1st down on that play. He's turning out to be a waste of money. He can't block and it just looks like he's not playing hard. I also agree about Spikes. He's a waste. If LJ is healthy he should be inserted into RG.

Couldn't agree more. Shelton has to get in the game and I think Clement should be moved to RG.

Jones has turned into a nancyboy. Some people play hard when they are going into FA, Jones is playing scared. His lack of effort and skill in blocking are scary bad. At this point I would cut his ass and get Bush back. At least he could block and ran hard.
