CHARLOTTE, N.C. — After back-to-back seasons of finishing dead last in the ACC, Louisville basketball has the chance to go from worst to first today at the Spectrum Center.

Standing between Pat Kelsey's No. 2-seeded Cardinals and the program's first conference tournament championship since 2014: top-seeded Duke, the consensus No. 1 team in the country.

This is a rematch of the ACC opener on Dec. 8; the Blue Devils rallied from a 14-point deficit with 8:36 to play in the first half and emerged from the KFC Yum! Center with a 76-65 victory. But coach Jon Scheyer will be without two players, freshman phenom Cooper Flagg and junior forward Maliq Brown, after they suffered ankle and shoulder injuries, respectively, against No. 8 Georgia Tech during Thursday's quarterfinal round.
