I'm not a huge Miami guy. It was more to get a reaction than anything, and it worked:)

Are you a small Miami guy? Size is not an issue. Don't make me talk about Blue Field guys and Zaransky.

I almost went with Mich-ND, as that is an historical classic for sure! But then again, so is the Gators vs. Vols. game. My wife graduated from Univ. of Fla. and so we have a special connection to the Gators... Hence, they got my vote!

I've never liked Miami, but if I had to choose over Florida and Forida State, I woud pick them. It seems like some teams can lose 3-4 games and still be in the top 10 (Florda State). Being a small conference fan, it makes it tough to try and sneak in.

I think Miami has an average team this year. They have plenty of talent, but I think on the offensive side of the ball, they need some work. The game against FSU was almost unbearable to watch. It was made out to be a defensive struggle, but it seemed like it was an offensive one more than anything.

I'm sure you'll have plenty to say about Boise and their Blue Turf:)

By the way, who is Zaransky?

:D

By the way, no hard feelings or anything. I have always enjoyed talking college football with you, I just wanted to make sure my posts didn't come across wrong.

Zaransky, Zabransky. You sure don't know your Boise State players mister. Get a roster. :biglaugh:

BTW, you are beating me in the ASFN Yahoo picks, so far, but I will get you this week. I took some upsets with the points. Guess what. I took Miami.

Brohm tore a legament in his hand-Out for 5 weeks best case scenario. Louisville has only one tough game on their schedule left, but to lose the Starting RB and QB in one season is rough.

Miami is having a rough year.

Oregon - Oklahoma

WOW!

I seriously doubt there will be a finish much more dramatic than that one this year.

As great as it was to see Notre Dame get dismantled, the Oregon upset of Oklahoma had an awesome game-ending blocked field goal!

That sucks for Brohm - he was having a great year. I was looking forward to seeing him in a couple of weeks.

There were several terrific games today -- LSU/Auburn and Fla/Tenn, Clemson/Fla St and even Army/A&M all had nailbiting finishes and drama. That Oregon/Oklahoma game though still gets #1 for the day in my book.
