What side is the "sunny" side of SDS?

I'm scanning ebay for tickets to the 9/19 game and need to know which side of the stadium to sit on. Also, is there a good area to sit in so I know I will be with all the Cards fans?

The tix I'm looking at right now are in section 34 and I'm thinking that's in the sun. Am I wrong? Thanks!

The north end and the east side are the "sunny" areas. People sit all over the place. There is a pretty good contingent of Cards fans in Section 11. More as you move higher up (more shade earlier).

for the lower bowl, try sections 4,5,6,7,8,9-

they are on the shady side, mostly dominated by season ticket holders so that you will be sitting by Cardinal fans (for the most part), as opposed to lower bowl on the west, where it can be majority away fans

I think the last time I was there I sat somewhere around section 9, although that seems to be an alcohol-free zone, so maybe it was section 10. Those seats were pretty good and the fans in that area were very cool.

Some jackarse on ebay is trying to sell tickets for the 9/19 "sold out" game. Whatever.

Jersey Girl, you want to sit in either end zone (N End Zone Sections 17 - 18 - 19 - 20) South End Zone Sections 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41 or on the Cardinals sideline (Bottom level - Sections 1 through 16 (Section 7 is on the 50 yard line)) Loge level - Sections 116 through 151 - 106 is on the 50 yard line ( Upper level - Sections 201 through 219 (206 is on the 50 yard line))

Single game ticket prices range from $20 in the South end zone (all sections) to $30 for the bottom row Sections 1 through 3 and 11 through 16 and the top rows 212 through 219 and all the North end zone sections, $40 for bottom and top sections rows 4, 5, 9, and 10 and 201 through 204 and 208, through 211. Rows 6 through 8 and 205 through 207 are priced at $50. Loge seats range in price from $75 to $200.

Just something to keep in mind, there really isn't a "shady side" in SDS for the 1st half of games, with the exception of the loge or seats under the overhang.

The games start at 1pm but the majority of the west side seats don't start to get shade until 3-3:30pm.

FOr what its worth dont count on shade anywhere in SDS. Bring your own sun screen long sleeves and a wide brim hat. It doesnt hurt to bring a small towel either to soak down and keep around your neck. Good Luck.

Jersery Girl, alot of people are not aware of this, but you are allowed to bring in an Umbrella to the game. It cant be a HUGE one but a small one works great to keep the Suns off if it gets to be too much for you.

I brought 2 durring a preseason game and I sold one to a guy for $20 (I paid $2.50 for it)
