I am wondering what songs that you must always have on full blasts to the highest possible decibel on your speakers? Especially...to the extent that you dont care whether or not you rupture your own eardrums or of anyone who happens to surround you.....

This isnt necessarily the one you may "groove" to since that would fit onto an entirely different thread all together....

This thread was inspired because one of my neighbors in my community complained to management that I was blasting my music WAY TOO HIGH on Saturday nite and I believe it was Blur's "Music Is My Radar" which is one song that if you have the luxury of owning a subroofer...that you'd enjoy to its fullest because of the rather thunderous drums......

In fact.....here's the file itself to understand why someone would complain about the loudness of it......

A few other songs I enjoy "rocking out" to (there are so many) are:

1) "Song 2" - Blur
2) "Man In The Box" - Alice-in-Chains
3) "Cult of Personality" - Living Colour
4) "Smoke On The Water" - Deep Purple
5) "Panic In Detroit" - David Bowie

I'll just list those for now, but what are your favorite songs to "blast to the max" whether it suddenly comes on the radio or whenever you happen to just select it?

Three songs that I can only listen to at full volume...

"Strawman" - Lou Reed (from his "New York album - great record)

"Gone Away" - The Offspring

"Some Might Say" - Oasis

These songs just sound much better extremely loud!

Oh, and every time I hear Frampton's "Do You Feel Like We Do" on the radio, I have to jam up the volume when he comes out of the voicebox part with the "woooooohhhhhhhh.." The solo he does from that point on to close out the song also sounds best extremely loud! :D

Right on. I like the album, I like her voice and she's pretty cute as well...

I never got to listening to Hanson, I'm not sure if I promised I would, I've been a lot more busier ;) I stay up late, chatting with a new friend. I'll make sure I tell mah friend Victor about the Metallica song, that you mentioned - he loves them like a fat kid loves cake (a little obsessive about the band).

He plays all their songs on his guitar and drums lol he plays pretty good, enough about him though...

OT - BTW did you see that the Mercury signed Maria Stepanova? I feel so bad, I've only watched 1 game ALL year :(

"Joy and Pain" Rob Bass

lol I still listen to mah old skool rap tapes, TAPES! lol

lol okay I'm not sure I'd buy album but I listened to:

"Penny & Me"
"Lost Without Each Other"

Both songs really aren't that bad, I usually need hear a song a few times - I do have a weird taste of music though lol I have Bee Gees Greatest Hits, Britney Spears Greatest Hits, :p Mandy Moore, Kelly Clarkson - then a bunch of old skool rap, more oldies cd's, then groups like LP, Saliva, etc. I like all kinds of music...

I really didn't mind the Backstreet Boys and N'Sync... I like the Cardinals and the Mercury, and the D'Backs and Suns while struggling - not too many embarrassing moments :D

Those are two good songs - you should also listen to "Deeper" and "Get Up and Go" - they are my favorite songs on the album! :D

And you like Mandy Moore? Awesome - me too. She's my favorite actress/singer.

Those 2 were the only available (the place I go to listen to music)... well I think they were, I was typing as I was listening to a song. Closed it out after Penny & Me...

I really liked Mandy Moore in A Walk to Remember? Something like that... but I hardly watch movies or Tv shows. I'm a Basketball geek :) I try to watch the D'Backs, Cardinals, etc. as well...

I only have 1 Mandy Moore CD though (not sure how many she has) but I got it because I loved that "I wannabe with you" song but there's a few more I like now :D
