Pick more than 1 or maybe the dumbest 5.

My nominations;

1. Dallas - over drafted Elliot, took a one legged LB. For all of their needs, they could have parlayed that #4 pick. With that O LINE a 2nd or 3rd round back would have sufficed.

2. Tampa - Really? outbid themselves for a 2nd round FG kicker. I am not loving Vernon III.

3. Buffalo Bills - Shaq Lawson?????? Cardale Jones the QBOTF?

4. Carolina Panthers - 1st rd pick on a position they are loaded at. Didn't take a backup ,TE prospect until the next to last pick of the entire draft. Olsen can't play at this level forever. That O Line needed help.

5. Browns - they traded picks like Pokemon cards and ended up with 14 picks. Nothing stunning in that batch of picks. Lots of mediocrity.

Honorable mentions

SF 49ers , after Buckner it was WTH.

Titans;

all of those picks and Derrick Henry in the 2nd rd? Kevin Dodd a 1 year wonder?

Number 1 dumb team is the Bucs. They spent 3 draft picks on a friggin FG kicker. How many extra points did their FG kicker miss last year? 4 was it 6. I'll bet none of them cost them a game.

Ohhhh, so he can mortar KO, brilliant, with any kind of practice all K's can do that and the reason it's a strength for him is his leg isn't that strong. Plus it is a one year rule this year so it may be eliminated next year.

IIRC he missed all FG attempts over 50 yds last year and his % over 40 yds is pedestrian.

So yeah, let's trade up using two picks to move up + spending a 2nd rd pick on a noodle legged FG Kicker.

At least their roster is filled with a bunch of pro bowl talent and they made the playoffs last year................oh that's not the case.

Dumb and Dumber would not have made this trade and selection.

Number 1 Rams gave up way to much to move up to take a QB

Number 2 Eagles gave up way to much to move up to draft a QB.

Number 3 Cowgirls love Jaylon Smith but that roster has more holes then swiss chesee

Number 4 Giants Eli Apple at 10 huge reach I thought he was a 2nd round pick all day

Let other fans know that when they evaluate the Cards draft, they should include Chandler Jones.

Do u think cowboys, bucs or giants fans thinks their draft was dumb?

While I didn't think the Cards' draft was top drawer, it was far from the worst. It's a tough call for me but I'll take Carolina. I believe in BPA, but not totally ignoring areas of need.

I'm going with Cleveland. They had a great chance to build for the future and wasted 3-4 picks on WRs, by taking a total of 5 in this draft. WHY? Is there anyone who could even imagine a plausible answer to that?

Just think of the other positions they could have addressed with solid players but didn't. Just using 3 of those picks to move up and take a better player would have made more sense.

Here are picks they could have had instead of their last 3 WRs picks.
Pick 114 - NT Andrew Billings, OT Jerald Hawkins, ILB Antonio Morrison, C Evan Boehm, DT Willie Henry, or CB Deiondre' Hall
Pick 154 - OTs Joe Haeg or Brandon Shell, OG Christian Westerman, OLB Kentrell Brothers, or NT DJ Reader
Pick 172 - OLB Jatavis Brown, CB DJ White, FS DeAndre Houston-Carson, or CB Harlan Miller

Cleveland had a chance to take a huge step in changing their team dynamic, but instead showed why they are the Browns - the laughing stock of the league.
There is hope though. They have a bundle of high picks next year also, and have a whole year to find a GM with more foresight than they showed this year.

Funny how Kiper gave his lowest grade of C to two teams who had the most picks, Browns and Niners

The Rams. They gave up way too much to draft Kevin Kolb II.

You make a valid point as most fans are pretty optimistic on their teams and almost always feel that they had a good draft.

The Raiders had a head scratcher of a pick in Connor Cook. That just didn't make sense. Do they not think Carr is the real deal because he sure looks like he is. I don't think the Browns' draft was THAT horrible. I just think they had so many picks they didn't know what to do with them. Dallas, IMO, didn't have a particularly good draft but you wouldn't know that listening to the media. So my pick for the worst has to be SF. Chip Kelly is a moron plain and simple. He set the Eagles back at least 5 years and he's going to do the same thing to the 49ers(so I hope he stays there a long, long time).

I heard from a Cowboy's fan who is a friend of mine that most Cowboy fans didn't like their draft. It's word of mouth... just passing it along.

Giants for sure

Reached for Eli Apple when they have DRC and just paid Janoris Jenkins.

That was weird.

Dallas screwed the pooch I thought. Passing on Ramsey and Jack for a

running back and a linebacker that may never play again? The Giants

had their two guys go ahead of them but why not take Decker or Tunsil

there? Jags made out like bandits and should send Jerry Jones a dozen

roses. So I guess the Panthers are going to lose another defensive stud

next year?
