ARLINGTON - A trio of Cowboys greats have updated their resumes the last three weeks. Pro Bowl receiver Dez Bryant is hunting for a new team after the Cowboys released him in April. Franchise tight end Jason Witten announced his retirement last week to join ESPN's Monday Night Football team. And Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman announced Tuesday he's opening a restaurant. Aikman weighed in on Bryant and Witten's moves after his announcement at the Texas Live! construction site of a partially built "Troy's" between the Rangers' Globe Life Park and the Cowboys' AT&T Stadium.
