What will hockey be like when they start up again?

Lets say they agree to a 40 million cap before the beginning of next season starts...will fans come? What will they do for tv deals? Will the teams even be able to come close to paying the players 40 million after the catastrophe they've had? How much do you think the league will be able to spend on players after this yr and still have a viable product? I predict if they do get a deal done (which I'm not sure of) they will only be able to pay the players about 20 million per team on average....
