Once upon a time (basically eight years ago) Carmelo Anthony and Derrick Rose were among the most feared scorers in the NBA. At nearly the exact same time, Anthony and Rose delivered game-winning shots for the Portland Trail Blazers and Detroit Pistons. Anthony nailed a pull-up jumper from right behind the free throw line to break a 99-99 tie with the Toronto Raptors, capping a night in which he poured out a team-high 28 points on 10-of-17 shooting.
