What's better? Winning the NIT, or one and done in the tournament?

I guess I'd say winning the NIT.

Not that I think ASU will do it. They will be one and done in the NIT.

If you have a young team that you are really pointing for next year anyway, then NIT.

If you are in your 4th or 5th year at a program, you'd better make the NCAA's if you are in a major conference.
