Luis Tererro, got called up yesterday, and I'm wondering what kind of antics he will pull in the majors. Hes got to beat the kissing the plate bit, and he must one up himself for throwing the ball into the stands, injuring a heckler. I say during the 7th inning stretch at dodger stadium, Tererro gets hit with one of those inflatable beach balls and goes crazy on the fan killing him.

Or luis can just stop all this stuff and become a quality major league player.
What do you think? Will Tererro keep up his antics?

Hopefully he has this stuff out of his system and can now become the 5 tool player we know he is!

I think it was a one time offense and he will turn it around.

maybe they called him up now becouse the dbacks have some veterans on the team that can straighten him out. if they waited on calling him up all the veterans might be traded away and then he wouldn't have anyone to kick him in the a$$ when he does something stupid

Not so, offset. Al Pedrique had these guys performing well at Tucson and, when they came up to the D'backs, they were skilled and effective.

Our new Manager is not only a guy to keep them confident and professional, he is the guy.

Veterans can help, but it is the Manager's responsibility. Communicating with the BabyBacks is certainly one of Al's major skills. With all the talk of trading the veterans, is there a better guy to lead the rebuilding than Pedrique?

Of course, Jerry turning over the GM job to a skilled and experienced baseball guy, rather than someone to run his errands, would expedite turning things around.

Schilling would have gotten in Terrero's face. I don't think we have too many leaders now who would kick his butt like that now.

I bet you top dollar that Finley would be the one to get in his face if anyone would. Robin Yount would have too, but he's gone.

Who gives a crap if he kisses home plate or throws baseballs nat fans? Albert Belle used to do stuff like that all the time but was still one of the best players on the planet.

Do you? Judging by your thirty posts a day, I'm guessing no. If Terrero plays good defense and gives the team a couple 30/30 years he can piss on home plate after HRs for all I'm concerned.

Mao, that is one strong argument. You should become an attorney.
