Kolb TD passes to Fitz shall now be known as the 411. Can also be used when with nice deep pass or a badly needed third down conversion. The 4 and the 1 and the other 1 add up to 6...points that is. Feely will have to just make due with all the extra points he'll be kicking.

Well, if Feely is wearing #3 a Kolb to Fitz TD can still be 7-11.

Kolb (4) + Feely (3) = 7 + Fitz (11)

:D

I was planning on keeping count of the 411s, but that one is all you bruddah, I'd have to use my Texas Instrument calculator from the thrift store. :D

I was just thinking about this, is Larry one of the only guys not to fall victim to the Madden curse? I think he shared the cover with Troy, and Troy was out but not Fitz right? So Larry is tougher than Troy right? The dude that has the cover this year is already jacked up aint he? This is just further proof of how bad ass Larry Fitzgerald is. Had over 1000 yards with DA and 2 rookie QBs (one drafted really late, one not drafted) with zero run game last year. The Madden curse gets everybody, is Larry the man or what?

Oohh nooo.. Please dont do this.. We tried something similar with Leinart and Fitz and that ended badly.. It was "7-11 Open all day" or something..

It's the 411 son! Big thanks to Mikey for the credit card, and also to the snail who must have had his motor replaced. It's the 411 (pronounced four one one, like the info number). It can tell you what time it is... which was obvious tonight. Not the 4 to eleven like the announcers said it. Other teams better plan for it, and that just opens us up. Loving the offense right now.

The Madden curse for Larry was getting Derek Anderson as QB for a year.

It just took a little longer to kick in. :D

That's right, because Polamalu had to be cursed first, Fitz didn't kick in until last year.

Troy Polamalu(notes), who shared the cover with Fitzgerald, left tonight's Titans/Steelers game with a knee injury. He didn't return. Early reports have him out for three to six weeks. Given that Polamalu is superhuman (he was doing things in the first half, pre-injury, that human beings just aren't supposed to do), though, I'd bet on the quicker side of that recovery time.

Anyway, back to the Curse: I'll admit, it's weird. Through the first 96 regular season games of his career, Polamalu has missed only eight of them. They put him on the cover of Madden, and just like that, he's out for three to six?
