Whats the deal with Hi-Tops

I read that they are filing Chapter 11. I remember it used to be called Leinenkugel's Ball Yard Brewery. Is this place owed by the team or what? I think I read that either Robin Yount owns it how or owned it at one time. What sort of stake does the team have in this resturant? Why can't they make it profitable, it is packed all the time even during the offseason.

Yount along with his brother had a stake in it when it was Leinenkugels.
