A new era of the New York Jets is in full swing.

First-year GM Darren Mougey made his first draft decision Thursday night, selecting Missouri offensive lineman Armand Membou with the No. 7 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

While some experts believed the Jets might go with an offensive threat such as tight end Tyler Warren of Penn State, Jets' brass ultimately decided that bolstering the offensive line for new QB Justin Fields was the way to go.

In the second round on Day 2, the Jets selected LSU tight end Mason Taylor, the son of Pro Football Hall of Famer Jason Taylor, who spent a season with the Jets in 2010.

Now it's on to Day 3, the final day of the NFL Draft, as the Jets look to continue a critical rebuild.
