Watkins, perhaps the frontrunner for national player of the year, rolled her ankle in the Trojans' first-round matchup with UNC Greensboro. She said she's fine for USC's second-round matchup, however.
Watkins wasn't needed much in the Trojans' 81-25 first-round win but still scored 22 points on 8 of 17 shooting.
The Bulldogs are coming off a 59-46 win over Cal in the first round. They're led by a trio of double-digit scorers, with Jerkaila Jordan, Eniya Russell and Madina Okot averaging 15.9, 11.7 and 11.4 points per game, respectively this season.
