When is the drawing for the draft lottery?

I saw where Atlanta's chance of getting the top pick is 11.1%. That is too high for me.

It's Tuesday the 22nd and yes we get the pick as long as its not 1 through 3.

If the Hawks end up with top 3, and the Celtics don't end up with top 2 I don't know if I'll be able to watch the NBA next season.
