The NFL draft tour has gotten off the main roads to make a stop in a small town.
While Philadelphia, Dallas and Detroit have gotten their time in the spotlight recently, perhaps the most historic NFL city will be the center of the football world for three days in April. Home of the "frozen tundra," the Green Bay Packers and Lambeau Field are ready to put on an NFL draft party.
The festivities are slated to kick off on Thursday with the first of seven rounds set to begin in Titletown.
Miami quarterback Cam Ward is widely expected to be the first player off the board when the Tennessee Titans are officially on the clock at No. 1 overall.
From that point on, however, chaos reigns supreme.
There could be an unlikely run on quarterbacks, a focus on offensive lineman or a defensive-heavy opening round. It is anyone's guess what the first night holds for the players hoping to hear their name called.
As the NFL prepares to welcome the league's stars of tomorrow, here's what to know about the NFL draft in 2025.
The first round of 2025 NFL Draft is set to begin at 8 p.m. ET at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
At that time, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will take the stage – probably with some traditional boos from the crowd – to welcome the fans to the event. The league has liked to honor the host city in some way, so expect some additional festivities.
Once that concludes, Goodell will make the famous announcement, "The 2025 NFL Draft is officially open. The Tennessee Titans are now on the clock."
While the Titans have held that pick since the end of the regular season in early January, they will have 10 minutes to make their selection.
It's customary for the team with the top pick to use most of the clock before turning in the card, so don't expect the selections to come fast and furious on the first night.
The 2025 NFL Draft will be broadcasted on NFL Network, ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC. Cord cutters can also stream the draft live on NFL+, ESPN+ or Fubo, which comes with a free trial.
Here is the day-by-day breakdown for how to watch the event:
