In the midst of the men's NCAA Tournament bracket being announced on Selection Sunday, the Alabama Crimson Tide also learned just where they were ranked in the latest USA TODAY Sports' Men's College Basketball Coaches Poll coming out of the SEC Tournament.

On Sunday, the Crimson Tide were ranked No. 8 in the latest Coaches Poll, which means that Alabama did not move as a result of their performance in the SEC Tournament this past week.

In Nashville, Alabama played a total of two games, the first of which was an impressive 99-70 win over Kentucky in the SEC Tournament quarterfinals. Alabama's second game would come a day later against Florida in the semifinals, a game in which the Crimson Tide would fall by a final score of 104-82.

Now sitting at 25-8 overall, Alabama will enter the NCAA Tournament as a No. 2 seed in the East Region that plays No. 15 seeded Robert Morris in the first round. The game will be played from Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio on Friday, March 21 at 12:40 p.m. ET on truTV.
