The First Four marks the beginning of the NCAA men's basketball tournament as teams on the bubble fight for a chance to continue on the 64-team tournament.
Night one of the 2025 NCAA Tournament kicked off yesterday in Dayton, Ohio with Alabama State and Saint Francis tipping off the first game of the tournament to decide the No. 16 seed in the South Regional. San Diego State and North Carolina squared off with the No. 11 seed in the South Regional on the line as well.

This marks the 14th year of the First Four with four total games at UD Arena. In that time, two teams have made it from the First Four to the Final Four: VCU in 2011 and UCLA in 2021.
There are two more First Four games left on the bracket tonight to decide two seeds in the tournament: the No. 16 seed in the East Regional and the No. 11 seed in the Midwest Regional.
America University and Mount St. Mary's kick off the action to decide who plays No. 1 seed Duke in the East. Texas and Xavier face off later on to decide who will take on No. 6 seed Illinois in the Midwest.
