1. Boldin fumbles against Carolina and basically gives us no shot of winning

2. Leonard Davis' infamous false start to end the Rams game

3. Kurt warner goes down against houston and we proceed to get beat by the worst team in football

4. We go to detroit for a third year in a row and get pummeled by a team that was not healthy and quite frankly not that good

5. Watching Arrington take a flop on 4th and 2 with the game on the line against the redskins.
??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Rams game at home because it was the turning point of the season. There was no coming back from that.

sick

God, I was at the home games on that list.

The false start on the Rams game made me sick with what might have been... but the Carolina game was won. We played well, I was sure we were going to win.. then suddenly, bam, defeat. A total collapse in the 4th quarter.

I was happier before this thread.

It's not listed, but I would pick the very first game against the Giants. I had so much hope going into that game, watched them play well for most of the first half and suddenly Mr. Peabody flips the switch on the wayback machine and we had a hapless Cardinals team out there again. To make it worse, I was at a bbq with friends who were Giants fans and had to endure their ridicule.

I'm tired of the Cards loosing to the worst team in the league, so Houston gets my vote. That crap is like clock-work!!

Man that Rams game was a flat out killer. We so needed a win there, and to come up short set the tone for the losing. I'm gettin heated just thinkin about it!:bang:

I have to agree with this. There was no way we were going to get a win in New York on Sept.11th and by the time the other games came around the season was basically over.

The fiasco at the end of the Rams game was tough to watch. I thought McGinnis and Tobin were back at the helm for a moment.

All sucked but the Carolina game was where I felt the season essentially slipped away. I remember when the offense took the field the last time where we still had a chance in the game if we put a drive together, McCown looked afraid. Its where I gave up on that guy altogether. Give me a guy that wants to be out there in that situation.

The Lambs game at home, dashed the hope that the 2005 season would be any different than the previous 16 years!!! :(

Does anyone have a recap for the last 3 drives v/s st. louis? Was that the game where Davis was punching dudes and we had like 5 false starts? LOL. I think that was the game when I was at work and watching the feed on NFL Gamecenter.... unbelievable.

I voted for the Houston game but frankly I had put the whole Arrington "dive" on 4th and 2 out of my mind. That really pissed me off when he did that and it was the turning point in my judgement on him.

Thanks for the bad memories!

Rams at home!! i was in that endzone watching us march down the field to win the game and then that poopy ending just ruined my day!

i wouldnt blame boldin for the carolina loss, i remember the 60 yd TD by smith when he did one shake move and eric green pretty much fell down! i didnt read the other ones but all the dissapointing games were a team achievment and usually an oline achievment

I was on that side of the field across from the 10 yard line behind the Cards bench, that loss shocke, stunned, and sickend (BIM?) me. And, it kind of set the tone for the rest of the season...

We could have recovered from that early loss IF we beat Carolina and we were leading by two touchdowns in the second half to give it up and lose. That game was the heartbreaker!
