Barry Zito will not blame bad karma for his pitching woes. Zito became the first Giants pitcher to open a season with eight losses since 1890 when he was outpitched by struggling starter Mark Buerhle in San Francisco's 3-1 loss to the Chicago White Sox on Saturday night. "I haven't done much bad in this lifetime," the 2002 Cy Young Award winner said.
