Chicago's Manny Ramirez is getting a day off and is not in the starting lineup for the White Sox' series finale against the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park. Chicago manager Ozzie Guillen decided to give Ramirez Sunday off to keep him fresh after he played both games of a doubleheader sweep over the Red Sox on Saturday.
