I love the way you’re thinking but has the tree even sprouted yet considering he is only in his second year as HC, he’s still the youngest HC and he calls the plays acting as his own OC?

Interesting thought. Here's what we know so far.

Not high. Just think Haley's demeanor over time has become more and more like Bill. Not saying it makes him become a winner, but many coaches who failed have become hall of famers at other locations. Happened many times. Carroll & Belicheck are two such examples.

I think Hue has been in Haley's business since day one. don't get that twisted. He threw him under the bus and I am sure Todd spoke to him about it. There is no way Hue (an OC) hasn't spent most of his time with Baker, the QB's and the Offense this whole season.

One of the reasons I do like the idea of adding a college coach is that he has experience being a head coach, and that he would have a staff to bring with him.

I do like Kingsbury. Jeff Brohm has a nice resume and variety of experience as well. I like the idea of getting a former QB. I also like Paul Chryst out of Wisconsin.
