The women's March Madness is heading into the Sweet 16 without one of the top players in the NCAA Tournament after a heartbreaking injury has ended USC's JuJu Watkins' season.
Despite the setback of losing their star player, the Trojans did not back down. They are heading into the Sweet 16 for the second consecutive year after defeating Mississippi State 96-59. In the second round game against the Bulldogs, USC demonstrated their depth with five players scoring in double digits.
USC joins other top seeds, including defending champions South Carolina, UCLA, and Texas, as they continue their quest for the national championship.
