Lynch supposedly ran a 4.45 according to nfl.com. He's at 215 down 5 pounds from playing weight this past year. Also he reportedly(per local newspaper) has answered all the "character questions" which related to the allegations by the ex girlfriend(dropped lack of evidence) and an explanation of how his car got shot at in Oakland. He explained he was at his old highschool to see his sister before she graduated, someone mistook his car for someone else, shot it up, and then called his mom to apologize when they realized it was the wrong car. Apparently that really concerned NFL scouts but as the article said, they have to understand a few things about Oakland and realize that it's quite possible to be completely innocent and have something like that happen.

The guy helping himself the most is the guy I mentioend the other day, Trent Edwards QB of Stanford. Brandt said an agent told him scouts are already comparing Edwards situation to Cutler last year, QB on a horrible team, who is really impressive now. He was in bed with the flu but still suited up and did all the workouts and ran, really impressed scouts who knew how sick he was.
Brandt said he won't go as high as Cutler but may go first round if he has a good pro day(skipped jumping because of a leg injury but will do it at pro day).

I really like Trent Edwards. He was my "sleeper" QB this year.

Had a injury ridden college career. Don't see him going on day one.

Obviously the 3 best players of the draft are Calvin Johnson, Adrian Peterson, and Joe Thomas.

I am not sure about the last two but i think my choise would be Alan Branch and either Adams or Anderson.

he went IN to the combine being told he was a 2nd rounder so he'll almost assuredly go first day. I agree about all the injuries, he had a very disappointing college career was supposed to be the next great Stanford QB.

But apparently scouts are falling in love with him rapidly.

Absolute crap. Brady Quinn and Adrian Peterson are 1-2 or 2-1. Why do I know? Because I am THE best draft guru of all time, having identified Ryan Leaf as a better prospect than Peyton Manning.

About all the love Brady Quinn is getting. It certainly isn't coming from his post season performance, bowl game, senior bowl phantom injury, and the combine. His toughness and leadership are being called into question. And please don't compare his drop in the Draft, if it happens, to Matt Leinart. ML had a great bowl game and it wasn't his fault that USC's defense didn't match his offense. I don't know how good Quinn will be as a pro, but most of the gurus haven't been too impressed with him, lately. But it only takes one team to like him, and we know Davis and Millen pick one-two.
