Yeah, but mostly a different Richardson. If he steps up we win IMO.

Steve

And unlike previous incarnation of Suns offense under Nash, JRich got his chances designed for him instead of Nash dribbling through traffic and everybody else standing parked on the 3pt line waiting for defense to give us what they wanted. Loving it!;)

And if that doesn't work I'd trot Dudley out there as center. But I'm not cleaning up the mess when BC867's head explodes.

So that's why I felt a headache coming on. :bang:

But, y'know, Lou at 6'9"-238 playing Power Forward next to Amar'e at 6'10"-249 at Center might be a temporary solution . . . except that Amar'e is not a Center . . . despite winning the All Star vote at Center.

Everybody knows that Amar'e is a monster at PF and is out of position at C -- risking his health and foul trouble, with mediocre defense and rebounding.

Any other 6'10"-249 guy would help his team by covering C. Amar'e just doesn't seem to have it in him. But he is special at PF.

Well, I think my headache is going away now. :)

Lou is 6'9"? Always seemed shorter to me.

I agree with you. But the Suns roster lists him at 6'9".

It is interesting that the Suns changed Amar'e's height from 6'9" to 6'10" when they started pushing him for all-star Center.

Just as Charles Barkley was listed as 6' 6", but was actually 6' 4 1/2".

And I read that Magic Johnson, listed at 6' 9" was actually 6' 7".

That makes The Chuckster's career and Magic's 40 point game covering for Kareem at Center even more spectacular.

Most players are not successful playing undersized.

So if Amar'e at 6'9" is more foul-prone, injury-prone and throws elbows at Center, trying to mix it up with the big boys, let's stop calling him 6' 10".

And let's put a real Center alongside him at all times.
