Arkansas basketball is making another run at the men's NCAA Tournament.

The No. 10 Razorbacks (22-13) stunned No. 2 St. John's (31-5) 75-69 Saturday afternoon in the second round of the West Region. The Hogs are in the Sweet 16 for the fourth time in the last five years and two wins away from the Final Four.

Two freshmen paved the way, with Billy Richmond III and Karter Knox combining for 31 points in the win. The Hogs knocked off Kansas in the first round Thursday, 79-72.

Now, the Hogs set their sights on a program inside a neighboring state. Here's a look at who Arkansas plays in the next round of the NCAA Tournament.

Who does Arkansas basketball play next in March Madness?​


The Razorbacks will face Texas Tech in the Sweet 16. The Red-Raiders (27-8) are the three-seed in the West Region, beating No. 14 UNCW and No. 11 Drake to reach the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament.

Texas Tech (27-8) finished second in the Big 12 and currently ranks ninth in KenPom's College Basketball Ratings. This will be the Red Raiders' fourth trip to the Sweet 16 in the last seven tournaments.

Grant McCasland is in his second season as Texas Tech's head coach. He is 50-19 with the Red Raiders.

No tipoff time has been announced for the Sweet 16 matchup. The game will be played Thursday at the Chase Center in San Francisco.
