Who has been the most dissapointing draft pick from the last 5 years?

Since 2003 who has been the most dissapointing draft pick the Cardinals have had:

Here are some of my canidates.

2003: Actually was better than I thought. The trade down still hurts, tho.

- Calvin Pace

2004:

- Alex Stepanovich

2005:

- Arrington, Blackstock, Elton Brown, Lance Mitchell

2006:

- Brandon Johnson


I still go with Elton Brown. With Brandon "Who is he?" Johnson a close second.

That's the first name that came to my mind also...

but Wendell was the 1st round pick in 2002, therefore out of the scope of Rugby's initial post.

However, Bryant was such a BUST! that he still gets my vote.

I think, technically, they were looking at 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004 and 2003 for the 5 years...but, can you really include 2007, since they haven't taken the field yet? In that case, it should be the draft classes of 2002-2006...

The point I was looking to make is that Denny and his pie brought some talent in, but he also brought in some serious losers.

It is one thing to bring in guys that play and then you find out they suck.

But some of the guys Denny brought in never sniffed the field which is infruriating.

There could be other reasons, aside from talent, that some of these players haven't been on the field...Denny and his ego may have gotten in the way some, too.

You just explained why Rolle has to be atleast #3 on that list. He was the 8th overall selection!!!! "Not that bad" doesn't cut it for anyone picked before the third round IMO.
