Every year I like to picks team that will surprise the NFL. This year I am picking the Jacksonville Jaguars. They play in a weak division, Bortles looks like he could be the long term answer and they have some nice talent on D. I'm predicting they end up 2nd in the AFC South and go 9-7.

I agree with the Jags. Bortles will be a great QB for them and make a huge difference for them in the win column.

No way will God let them win in those new ridiculous looking Unis. Omg soooo fugly!!!

I can see the Jags winning 7-8 games & taking off in 2015. Very seldom do rookie QBs lead their teams to winning records.

Cardinals when they end up in the Super Bowl.

That's not going to be a surprise though. He asked what team will surprise us. Cards won't. ;)

Positive Surprise:

Jaguars - Started last year totally fresh. The young players got much experience last season and I think they will grow on that. Not a playoff team, but in a weak division their record will be better than expected.

Redskins - IF RGIII healthy (that's a big if) I believe they are a borderline contender. Cap issues are gone and the roster is much better.

Negative Surprises:

Chiefs - Going from the easiest schedule in the league to one of the hardest along with the losses in FA will send this team close to the buttom of the league.

Ravens - This roster has been in flux the last two years. They managed to get by last year - it won't be enough this year in an improved division.

Falcons. I think they bounce back into playoffs after last season's disaster.

You think ESPN and the NFL Network have a lot of Cowboy's 'stuff' now, just wait until next April and Dallas has the #1 draft pick. The team picking #2 should be salivating, knowing that Jerry Jones will screw up the #1 pick.

Hard to call a playoff team a surprise but I think Cincy will dominate their division this year.

I also think the Cards are going to surprise alot of people this year with how good they are. They have the best secondary in the NFL. If CP doesn't kill them with INT's, they're going to be tough to beat.

For all the Jax talk, I got a text last night and their goal is to just not suck this year :D. I do think they'll win about 7 games because their defense looks pretty stout. They need a big play threat from their backfield.

I'm voting Jacksonville, and am kinda surprised that I'm not alone. Don't see them in the playoffs but do see them moving in the right direction.

Hopefully the Foreskins continue to suck! Hard to argue with Jax - they don't have to really do much. I'll go with the Lions just for fun. And I don't think the Beagles will be as good as people think.

My surprise team is the Bucs. Getting Michael Johnson and Alteraun Verner

to go with Mcoy and company makes them a dangerous d. Adding Evans and

ASJ in the draft to go with vincent Jackson and the muscle hampster is

good stuff

I see the Jags improving, but not going to finish with a winning record. I am on the Bucs and Falcons to step up this season. New head coach in TB that has a clue and Falcons having their healthy offense back will be unstoppable.

Dallas. If they beat the 49ers...which is more than likely to happen, I think that will give them a ton of confidence going forward in the season. I'm watching them tonight to see how they match up with the 49ers.

I think the Buffalo Bills will be a surprise team this year. Marrone is only in his 2nd year, but I honestly think he'll be a very good NFL HC.
