A lot of people are going to say that Murray guy but for me it's Ed Oliver. Might seem a little undersized but if he could get what's there going on constant hum, then watch out... or he could be like the Niche from Ole we Miss that one

Which is boom which is bust
he was asking what player do you think could boom or bust. both of these guys seem like they could either turn out to be pro-bowlers or trash. I’d pick bust for both though.

I’ll just say that people are setting Murray up for failure with all of the hype. He’s not as good as some are promoting him to be, so anything less than spectacular is going to be a major let down.

Boom: Jeffrey Simmons & Hakeem Butler
Bust: Bosa (if taken by a 3-4 team)

Before you guys start telling me he is a generational talent let me say this: If taken by a 4-3 team I think the guy would be special if he stays healthy. Missed most of this last season and a large part of his HS Senior season so only 2 healthy years out of the last 4. Taken by a 3-4 team with a move to OLB.... then the bust factor goes up to me. The next time he drops into coverage will probably be his 1st time.

Boom or Bust to me is Josh Allen, he is going to be either awesome or a situational player.

Where to begin...

1. You are drastically overrating the difference between playing 4-3 DE and 3-4 OLB. A guy like Bosa will rarely be asked to drop into coverage. Even when he does drop into coverage, he will be asked to literally do the bare minimum. And whether he is amazing or terrible in coverage, nobody is going to care. His job is to rush the passer.

2. While the next time Bosa drops into coverage may be his first time - you do realize that is the case for probably 95% of edge rushers coming out of college. There's VERY few college teams that run a legit 3-4 scheme. It's typically not a concern for players to make the switch because its not exactly rocket science.

Chandler Jones like never drops in coverage.
