A very, very solid hire for the Shockers if I must say so.
Gregg Marshall's an underrated coach who should have a good amount of success in the MVC. Some may be surprised and consider it a lateral jump for him, but I really think right at this point the MVC's at the top of the mid majors, and is a real powerhouse team run away from being right up there with the majors.
