I'm nervous about the OC decision, but Wilks has a specific coaching criteria he is committed to. Thus, I am curious to see whom he appoints.
Me to. I got my fingers crossed for DeFillippo. We need a great young mind that can mold any QB and get the best out of him.

I think, in several ways, you will see Wilks as a very similar type leader to Arians. There is a level of respect, communication, and accountability that Arians had with his players that they respected which is why they kept playing for him, and kept their mouths shut when on the roster. I believe you will see similar from Wilks. He might be more reserved. He might be stubborn in some ways. But, I believe Wilks will garner respect similar to Todd Bowels and Bruce Arians.

That’s sounds as if he might have been offered the job, but might be scared to take it without a QB in place.

Personally I think he’s a much better fit that McCoy. Let’s hope like hell we don’t get this guy
In other words, to our knowledge, nothing's been decided.
