We are in uncharted territory here with Mike B

He let go the HC that got the team into a SB, and, a long time and loyal GM in Rod Graves-- so he will act.

Imagine a 2-14 season where 10 or more of the losses are similarly uncompetitive as the last two. this team isnt just 0-2 -- its setting offensive futility records that have stood since the 50s ( given the evolution of the game, that says something).

Wilks has no equity from a past SB like Whis. Keim has equity, but likely burned much with his DUI. Mike B is competitive enough that I think he acts

It's happened before. GMs along with HCs (and co-ordinators) all getting the boot at once early in a season. Everyone thinks, this is the Cards, can't happen here.... but, Mike B, is NOT his old man ... he may realize that if he doesn't give the fan base something to at least hope for .... then he is going to lose even more money that it will cost him in stiffed contracts for pathetically inept office types... let's face it, they don't risk season ending, life shortening injuries... the players do... i don't think these players are nearly as bad as they look... I think ALL upper echelon personnel (GM, HC, OC, DC and probably a whack of position coaches) are ALL just as bad as this team looks.....

Rosen isnt an idiot. the kid knows the difference between a bad play,...and bad play. His confidence will be fine.
