Been awfully quiet in the Suns front. I doubt they are all waiting on one PJ Brown to make any other transactions.

If so, that is pathetic because PJ is not a difference maker and Suns should proceed to other things because the season is coming up and they cannot waste their time in the dwindling free agency because a certain 38-year-old cannot figure out if he wants to play basketball. Talk about being rude...

We have two more roster spots to fill. It doesn't get any cheaper than a 2nd round draft pick. Actually, I think a vet min. would be cheaper because the league would pay for a portion of it. I just think the Suns are waiting to see who falls through the free agent cracks before they commit one of the last two spots to Strawberry.

But I guess Kerr said they'd stick to 13 this year. But hey, last year they had 14. I still think they should go for 14 this year too.

I'd rather have the minimum to save $$, and not have to trade away players with draft picks just to save $$. Nobody who is the 14th player is ever gonna see the court anyway.

Threads certainly seem to lose steam quickly.

BTW, there are a lot of second rounders who have not been signed. Unlike first rounders, there is a lot more flexibility in how the contract is going to be structured, how much is guaranteed, and how much is paid. It is not a horribly complicated process, but there isn't any hurry either.
