Ahh c'mon man it's just speculation. I personally love Fitz, he is one of my favorite players. But all the guys that made it to the cover of Madden crash and burned the following season.

Favre has thrown over 10,000 passes in the NFL (pre and post season included), something was going to break down eventually. If you look at the cursed people they all share a common theme. They either have an extensive injury history before the cover, was an overworked RB, or wasn't good to begin with

This is ridiculous. There are no such things as "curses" and especially ones involving video game covers. Every year someone tries to stretch this into something it is not.
