Will there be a NBA lockout, & if so, will players stay in school?

I have been reading where many think there could be a very long NBA lockout next year. Howland has been quoted as saying he believes a lockout could go into January and others have said it could last all season.

Tristan Thompson and Sullinger have already said they are coming back and I wonder if Derrick Williams could possibly decide to come back.

What do you guys think could happen?
