Tyler Wilson allowed three hits over eight innings, Adam Jones added a home run and three RBIs, and the Baltimore Orioles beat the Boston Red Sox 5-1 on Thursday night. The victory gives the Orioles their second series win this season over their American League East rivals. Baltimore scored three runs in the first four innings, then added two in fifth.
