Jameis Winston threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to Mike Evans with 1:39 remaining to give the Tampa Bay Buccaneers a 23-19 victory over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. Lavonte David sealed the fourth win in six games for the Bucs (6-6), intercepting Matt Ryan's pass intended for Julio Jones on Atlanta's final possession.
