Blizzard is proud to officially announce the next World of Warcraft expansion set, World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King! With the opening of the Dark Portal, and the renewed war to stop the Burning Crusade's destruction of worlds, the heroes of Azeroth have given little thought to the frozen wastes of Northrend – and the terrible, ancient powers that wait there. Yet the brooding evils of the fallen Nerubian empire and their malevolent sovereign have not forgotten Azeroth...

World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King™ will open the forbidding wasteland of Northrend to exploration by the hardiest adventurers. New levels of power, challenging new dungeons and encounters, an exciting new character profession, and the game's first hero class are just some of the new features awaiting players in Wrath of the Lich King.

I keep getting back into this game, but then quickly get bored of it. 3 level 70's, too damned much time spent. but i'll still probably get the expansion. boo to you blizzard. boo to you.

So Cal
damn game - on the original I had the epic guys 2 60 fully loaded, those accounts were selling for 500 to $700 real life dollars and that was my goal once I finished... Then BC came out and now you can barely get 50 bucks for 3 well equipped level 70's... No maore sales for me, which means it is time to buy the next EPack and waste more of my life...

Damn Blizzard..

Hmm, should be just in time. Not looking forward to leveling again but as long as the raid group sizes don't change again it'll be fine. Dropping from 40 man raids to 10's and 25's really jacked up some guilds.

I quit WoW because it's too much of a timesink if you want to get anywhere. The game itself is OK, even though it's a grind fest. (As are most MMO's.) But I just hated having to set aside 2-3 hours just to run through an instance hoping for a 10% drop, then doing it again.
