Gotta go Raiders. Rams at least have some good players; Pace, Holt, Bulger, Jackson.

I'm going Raiders. I think they have some talent, but with a coaching staff turned against each other (Kiffen/Ryan) and an owner that that has lost his mind nothing good can come of it.

Raiders. how about the money they gave Hall, he looked terrible last night. getting burnt, and had penalties in 2 plays in a row.

How about the Lions? They're pretty awful and I could see them losing every single divisional game.

I didn't watch the Detroit or St Louis games but I thought the Raiders were remarkably awful. The Broncos seemed to be able to pick up 8 yards any time they ran the ball. The Raiders reminded me of the some of our astonishingly awful teams, maybe the 91 Tupa Cards and that 3-13 wipeout season in 2000. For putting those fine memories back in my brain I'm awarding these Raiders the title of worst team in the NFL right now.

Oakland has a football team? I could swear I saw a baseball team and a baseball stadium show up last night to play the Broncos.

They sure played like a baseball team.

I am gonna go with the Rams. Both teams have a few good players, but atleast Oakland's aren't 40+yrs old.

Denver has a history of that with the raiders. People forget Al Davis fired Mike Shanahan as his head coach and quite quickly like after 1 year or something IIRC. Shanahan HATES Al with a passion and will go out of his way to run up the score on him.

He pulls out all the stops when they play the Raiders so I suspect Oakland is probably a bit better than they looked last night they were just pummeled by a team and coach who takes that game very personally.

This thread is great for one reason... its the fact that we aren't even close to being mentioned anymore! :clapping:

I think the Rams are probably the worst, although it's close with Oakland. Most people didn't even pick Denver to make the playoffs this season and Oakland made them look like the 2007 Patriots.

Rams. Hands down.

The Raiders had a bad game for sure, but on defense they should be at least average--they were a good defense last year and didn't lose anyone notable, I don't think.

The Rams, however, have a terrible offensive line, a passing offense without any real WRs save for an aging Holt (paging Mr. K9, please go to white courtesy telephone), a QB that is a stiff breeze away from getting hurt, a defense that, well, no, on second thought they don't have a defense.

The Rams will be lucky to win 4 games this year.

JMHO

EDIT: Also, I think the Raiders looked bad last night in part because Denver is going to be better than people (myself included) thought they were going to be. That kid Royal looks like the real deal, and WR was a big question mark for them. As was their OL, which also looked pretty solid.

I didn't see the Rams, but I still have to go with the Raiders. They may be younger and have more talent, but that whole organization is a disaster. Davis wants Kiffen to resign. Kiffen wants Ryan fired. I would even venture a guess that the NFL wants Davis to die. You can have all the talent in the world, but without a clear leader you end up with chaos.

I think you've got it about right. Both ownerships are a mess which filters on down but Oakland has far more talent. I'm not a beleiver in either QB JaMarcus Russell or McFadden though.

For what it's worth I agree with you 100%. The Raiders defense is much better than they played and the Rams are absolutely positively horrible. IMO :mulli:

Any team that has Matt Cassel QBing :D. One team that has to be mentioned when it comes to the worst is the Bengals. They let Joe Flacco beat them . I don't care how good Bmore's defense is,that's embarassing. Both lines in Cincy are amongst the worst in the league,if not THE worst.
