If we bring in a brand new system, and new quarterback coach if Denny gets fired. Should we get worried? I mean he looks really comfortable with the offense..I would hate for him to try to do something new...I mean..Don't fix it if it's not broken.

No. Leinart's the kind of guy that will determine his own destiny.

If Denny vows to change his whole o-line "philosophy" and get with the times of being a less fat o-line...and having eaten a gigantic portion of "humble pie" in the ego department...then I'm leaning for giving him one more year and one more free agent/draft.

I know...that sounds CRAZY!

Perhaps even at his age...he's learning something here by losing.

Normally I would say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but something in Denny might realize he has to change some things. He's embarressed! He's close with this team. I'm not a Denny supporter, BUT...it wouldn't surprise me if Denny came back next year a new reborn head coach.

I'm gonna put the crack pipe down and go to bed...but maybe...maybe...Denny is going through some serious changes in thinking at this point, and will discover a new philosophy using his experence and adding a broader spectrum.

He strikes me as a smart man with some correctable weaknesses that can be worked into, or reborn, into a relevant NFL head coach.

Maybe. Good nite...

Yes and no. If you bring in new coaches now, that have several years with him, he'll be fine. But, if you start a carosel of coaches, he'll never get better.

It won't hurt his development at all. Guys get new coaches all the time. Besides a good coach will tailor his offense to his players strengths
