The Sun Devils have been pretty banged up, but have had a week off to rest up.

I am expecting a better showing than at Utah/BYU, especially by the offense. If they don't put up 30+ on WSU, I would be surprised. Hopefully our D will show up as well.

The weather is perfect out here, we’re ready for some football! Appreciate all the info guys! We were delayed a few hours arriving, to nobody’s surprise, so the bookstore was already closed. Says they don’t open until 11am today. Thought they might open earlier due to this homecoming game. We’ll go by and check because we need some gear to wear.

Enjoyed the ChuckBox burgers last night and decided to watch the candle march and lighting of the big A from the rooftop bar. There were several alum up here watching as well. It was cool to see!

Plan to walk over for the parade here in a little while and then visit jf-08’s brother’s tailgate for a few minutes. Landed some seats in a good spot of the field for a very reasonable price.

So far my son and I have really enjoyed the trip. The nightlife downtown around the hotel area was great last night. A lot more options and activity than I imagined. Tempe is an impressive place.

Washington State has gone through a coaching overhaul in recent weeks. Former head coach Nick Rolovich and four assistants were released from their duties on Oct. 18 due to not adhering to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate outlined by the state of Washington.


In WSU’s first game under acting head coach Jake Dickert, the Cougars fell to BYU 21-19. WSU came within two points on a touchdown with less than four minutes remaining, but did not get another chance on offense.
